The Calm Before the Norm
I had met Trish several times prior to this Workshop. It is her Gift of speaking, underpinned by wisdom learned from both humility and perhaps even childhood humiliation, that Trish arises with such strength & courage to facilitate these insightful Workshops. I am a lot kinder to myself these days and thankful to Trish for the useful tools I have added to my kit. Interestingly enough, I find myself revisiting these concepts for many other situations.
